STANDARD RETURN POLICY:
Returns within 30 Days
You can return your breast pump within 30 days of purchase date provided that the seal is intact and the box in unopened. There is a $20 restocking fee if you would like to cancel your order after shipment.
Please email our customer support department at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization. Any returns that do not have a return authorization will not be accepted. All Returned merchandise must be in the same unit of measure as originally purchased.
Important note for breast pump returns: Due to hygienic reasons, you cannot exchange the pump once you have opened it. If there is any issue with the machine, please call the manufacturer to get a replacement.
You have the option of exchanging the purchased item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount, if you return it within 30 days. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
How to return or exchange an item:
- Please call Customer Service at 888-809-9750 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and take authorization from us about your return.
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Please call the manufacturer to get a replacement within the guarantee period, if the pump is damaged or faulty. Replacement pumps are shipped via ground shipping and will not be expedited.
- Returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, un-used, unopened in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and all accessories.
- Lucina Care is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
- Lucina Care is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us.
